Hospitality Operations Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Hospitality Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day activities of our flagship resort. This executive-level role includes responsibility for service excellence, guest relations, and staff performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise hotel departments including front desk, F&B, housekeeping, and spa

• Develop and implement operational standards and KPIs

• Drive guest satisfaction through exceptional experiences

• Manage operating budgets and cost controls

• Lead staff recruitment, onboarding, and professional development

• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Hospitality Management or related

• 5+ years experience in senior hospitality roles, preferably in luxury settings

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in both English and French (German a plus)

• Experience with hotel management systems (Opera, Cloudbeds, etc.)
